Refund policy

Cancellations:

Since our items are mostly made to order, cancellations must be made 24 hours after purchase. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel your order.

 

Returns and Exchanges:

All sales are final. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards as well.

Please inspect your order upon reception and, in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way or if you receive the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible at hello@paperrosie.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
